My working practice complies to current GDPR legislation, you can view the gov's guide to GDPR here.

 

I keep brief written records for all my clients, which will include their names, addresses and other contact details. My personal notes are written to ensure I accurately record the main details of meetings and other communications with clients, as well as a brief summary of their baby’s birth. All hand written material is kept securely in a locked filing system and the key stored in another location. I will never pass this sensitive information to any other organisation or anyone else without my clients’ express consent. I consider information passed to me to be highly confidential and treat it as such. Similarly any emails or messages using other media stored on computer or phone, are also password protected.

Payment Processing

All payments are taken by bank transfer, with details provided on booking paperwork. Payments will be subject to the terms of your banking provider.

Contractual Agreements

All clients will be provided with a contract during the booking process, which sets out the full terms of the booking.
